HONMA BERES MG713 DRIVER 7series (new model) For amateurs with average head speed Right & Left Hand Available
CLUBE HEAD
Compared to the previous model, the projected area and face are 14 mm and 5 mm wider respectively. Further, in making the sole periphery thicker, the moment of inertia is boosted by 10% to take it to the highest level (4500-cm3).
At 460ccs, the head features the largest top surface projected area of all of Honma's clubs.
Moment of inertia is maximized by adding weight to select parts of the sole.
To achieve the appropriate spin level and high strike angle necessary to produce excellent carry, we made the crown a very thin 0.65 mm. This design yields a low center of gravity.
Six "bazooka ribs" serve to efficiently convey energy to the ball on impact.
Technology of Driver Head MG713 (10°)
 * 1 Depth to center of gravity: 37.5mm * 2 Distance to center of gravity: 42.0mm
Tee-up image
Impact of a high tee on the player's swing
- Sometimes, when players attempt to hit the ball high, their left shoulder and fingertips tend to rise slightly.
- When the face is at an open angle, the player tends to slice or hit an extreme hook.
*This model enables better players to swing levelly, which helps them attain dynamic trajectory and carry.

ARMARQ UD SHAFT TECHNOLOGY

The new ARMRQ shaft, wrapped in ultra finely-textured carbon fiber, has more rigidity to the shaft and therefore a greater flexure response. The design reduces deformation of the shaft when the golfer swings, enabling accurate, square impact. The energy produced by the flexure of the shaft is then conveyed to the head to yield astonishing carry.
Big-and-accurate flexure gives the ball the kind of Acceleration you've always wanted A vast array of tests at Honma has shown that raising the stack angle of the diagonal-direction carbon fiber from 45° to 60° hugely improves flexure. And a greater degree of flexure-which means the shaft snaps sharply back into place-boosts tempo for the ball.
Even greater resistance to crushing on the swing Tests on shaft crushing reveal a maximum of 33% more rigidity over previous models. The design minimizes energy-wasting deformation that can occur on the upswing, and the shaft regains its original shape with greater accuracy.
